Jett in Blender Magazine List

**ellanoize** · September 17th, 2005, 08:26 PM

I just received my new issue of Blender. Its cover proclaims that it has listed the 500 Greatest Songs Since You Were Born.

I opened the magazine to find a b&w shot of Joan playing wiff a cat, so I started flipping pages, Knowing if there was one picture there were gonna be more somewhere in those glossy pages.

I was correct when I found Joan Jett's I Love Rock n Roll listed at 38 out of 500! with another picture of Joan playing wiff waffles the cat. (I will post as soon as I can figure out why my computer says that my scanner is not hooked up)

Thanks for passing on this news item. I'm assuming you have a subscription to Blender and that you are talking about the October 2005 issue. Who is on the cover? The Blender website still shows September 2005 with Kanye West on the cover.

It might be a few days before the October issue shows up on newsstands.

I think we get subscriptions about 1 to 2 weeks earlier than news agents get them.

The cover this month has a collage of artist surounding a yellow disc proclaiming "THE 500 GREATEST SONGS since you were born"
